Since you will have limited time to perform and do anything after attempting to banish Aunty nyan nyan. Take as much time as you need to read each of the counter-evil pages in advance.

In addition. None of the counter evils require you to remove anything so before starting the encounter make sure you have the mask, robe, knife, turtle, and amulet all on your person.

The "Tenebrosity" counter-evil (the one with shadows everywhere) requires a symbol to be drawn on the chalkboard. SInce no other counter evils except for banish Nyanthrotep require a symbol, it is safe to just leave that symbol there the entire time after casing the first one.

And of course make sure to keep the curtain drawn and lights off except for when they need to be on/ drawn.

This phase is fairly straightforward as she will always begin the encounter by afflicting you with "Porosity." Since you should already have the mask and everything else on just go to the bathroom and cast the spell 3 times.

Keep in mind that your only breaks from here on will be her lines of dialogue so be ready.

In this phase Aunty Nyan Nyan will throw curses at you in groups of 1 or two at a time.

Obviously I can't tell you which ones are going to appear when but there are some patterns I have noticed.

Ichorus Swarm and Caustic Humors appear to be more rare and only ever appear by themselves.

Tenebrosity, Spirit away, and Taker also appear to only ever appear by themselves but in my experience tend to be more common.


Writing on the wall and Tormentor always seem to be used together as well as Psycic scream and silence.

The reason it is important to know that these two are usually in pairs is because they often need to be completed in the correct order.

1 . Porosity (flesh falling off/ Holes appearing)
Bathroom, Cast chant 3 times

2. Swarm
Bedroom, Redfire then blackfire then cast spell

3. Tenebrosity (shadows and lights broke)
Bedroom. Symbol (if not already there), cast spell 3 times

3. Humors (burning sensation)
bathroom. Wash face repeatedly

4. Scream + silence (cacophony)
Bathroom. Cut tentacles until gone
outside, do chant.

5. Writing on wall + Tormentor (text on walls + knocking)
Bedroom, Open curtain, close curtain, cast Tormentor chant FIRST.
Bathroom, wash face, cast spell once, wash face, cast spell once, wash face, cast spell once.

6. Hideous reflection (Scratching glass)
Bathroom, Check mirror, bedroom, lights off, do chant.

7. Spirited away (Cursor gone)
Bedroom. Lights on, curtain open, hold still (no touchy mouse)

8. Taker (Anguish)
This one never works right for me, I think you're supposed to just keep hitting close door until he leaves but i tried that for 45 minutes and it didn't progress. Just make sure the turtle is on your person and take the L (you shouldn't lose any health)

The final phase is the same as phase 2 except for the fact that she doesn't give you any breaks.

Just follow the quick guide and you should be fine.
