Working with latest patch-update

Now every time you venture in enemy land you will get a 10% increase in upkeep as a result for the war preperations..
For those who have Dresden's seasonal effects (http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=194937272&searchtext=seasonal+effects)armies get extra costs during Summer (20%),Autumn (15%) Spring (10%) and Winter (5%).Summer and Aurumn cost more because those where the harvesting periods and the lack of farming hands had an impact in economy.Cost reduction for campaign expenses for Rome to represent professional armies.
Hudge increase during sieges because in history they where extreamly expensive.So act quickly or use other raiding armies..
Seasonal economic effects are hidden.
Also an increase was given to raiding to copensate the extra costs (as it was in real life wars where raiding and slaves where the important sources of income..).So now when in enemy territory it is nessesary to raid in order to keep up with expenses or take some slaves and sell them...

Known Issue
When you enter a foreign territory the reduced expected income is not shown at first but it is existant.If you want to see how much les you will collect next year you must click on the army entering the foreign province and change its stance (e.g. forced march) and then again change the stance to what you had at the first place.That way the expected income will change to the correct one.

Just wants to make sure that all the effects you get as a player from your mod are also the same for all the factions.
