Lee-Enfield No.5 Mk.I "Jungle Carbine" from Raid: World War II

Unlike most contemporary bolt-action rifles, the British Short Magazine Lee-Enfield (SMLE) had twice the capacity - a whopping ten rounds, requiring two five-round stripper clips to reload from empty. Its magazine is detachable, allowing for faster reloading by changing them, although spare magazines were generally not issued and the mag was only supposed to be detached for disassembly. During WWII, British paratroopers requested a compact weapon that wasn't a bloody Sten, but these carbine versions with conical flash hiders and rubber stock pads saw use mostly after the war.

No, I just have a 38.2 fever, but so far I somehow feel better than the rest of my family. And since Russia has "easily available healthcare", it took three days for the doctor to arrive and only take grandma's analysis, the rest of us must attend a clinic ourselves. I don't know how am I going to carry my sister over there, who barely bends her knees. Oh no...

Anyway... Here's a Lee-Enfield from Raid. By default it is short-barreled, with an optional scope. Upgrades include a long barrel, conical flash hider, cheek rest, butt pad, and an extended magazine. The game lacks a model for the British stripper clip, and even reloads with changing the magazines when empty, so Dusty's SMLE animations are a perfect fit. I used reload anims from both sets, with 50/50 chance of playing. Online, only one will play, except when the game lags and does not cancel the animation your client chose to play, as seen in the screenshots I took when playing on Dr. Freeman's host. Oh, and jigglebones! One jigglebone - the front sling ring. So I've learned a thing or two about jigglebones, again.
