So, you want to know how to mod this game? This guide will show you how, and give you some mods to play with!

Before we can have fun with modded things, we'll need to get the launcher.
Step 1: Go to nexusmods.com and log in/create an account.
Step 2: Step 1: Go to https://www.nexusmods.com/slimerancher/mods/2 and click on this thingy: Step 3: Click Slow Download and wait for it to install.
Step 4: Once it's installed, we'll have to do some work. Open up your download and find the installer. Just using it in downloads won't install it, so we'll have to head on over to the slime rancher files. Go to your steam library, right click Slime Rancher, and click on "Browse local files...". This should open up the local files of your slime rancher game. Drag the installer into Slime Rancher and click it.
Step 5:Once it finishes installing, press Enter on the window, and boom! SRML should be there.

Now we can finally install some mods! Unlike the last part of this guide, this should be easy.

Step 1: Go to https://www.nexusmods.com/slimerancher and select a mod you'd like. Click download, then Slow Download, and then you've got yourself a ZIP file.
Step 2: Click on the file, and the ZIP file should open. Depending on the mod, there's either a folder or a DLL file. Take the goodie inside the zip, and go to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Slime Rancher\SRML\Mods. Place the dll. (or folder) in the folder and it should work. Open the game, and you can play with this mod whenever you want!
