Overview
Adding 2 lines to the end of config file. 
Enabling the console and cheat menu while in-game.

Adding 2 lines to the end of config file.
Right-click on the game Dungeons in your steam app and click Local Files.



The config file you need is in this steam folder for Dungeons.



Add these 2 lines to the end of this config script. it is best to use Notepad++ to edit this file.

Development.Enabled = true
Misc.Specialversion = CHEATGUI

Enabling the console and cheat menu while in-game.
To enable the console, you need to start a game and while playing type, con!

There is no text box or anything just type it while playing. con shift+1 = con!

Then you push F1 to bring up the console.

To bring up the cheat menu push F12.

Note: Obviously this will take a screenshot in steam every time you access the cheat menu if you haven't reset your screenshot button.
