Описание
Makes it so when you pick up a trinket, it automatically gulps/smelts it. This effectively turns trinkets into passive items.

Would be neat if this was combined with a mechanic that made it so treasure rooms/item spawns in general had a chance of getting replaced with trinkets

It's not a mod, its a setting in the game. Go to options and toggle the "Extra HUD" one.

this is special, although, bad if you pick up a trash trinket like, say, short fuse.
