Go to

C:\Users\*UserName*\OneDrive\Documents\Atari\Rollercoaster Tycoon Classic

or

C:\Users\*UserName*\Documents\Atari\Rollercoaster Tycoon Classic

Depending on if you are using One drive

Delete File records.idx

Start the game and all progress will be reset

It could be getting restored by steam cloud so you might need to turn that off
