Cyberse Gadget is a tech I've never thought about, I'm sure it'd work but personally wouldn't run it, though it probably could help with extending. As for Cynet Mining, I don't think the deck necessarily needs it but if you want to thin the deck out, have Ash bait, or just have extra reassurance that you have a Twin in hand it'd definitely do the job. You can easily sub out weird tech choices I have in here (DH for example) for Cynet Mining.
I haven't played around too much with the Twins outside of the standard variants (hand-trap Hell, Unchained, pure) but the modulability of the deck makes them a lot more fun and open to experiments.

I rarely summon the third Evil twin Lil-la in most of my matches, so cutting 1 copy for a better Link monster is Worth it!
You should cut 1 copy of Evil twin Lil-la for one of them! Until we get Trouble Sunny you wont need 3 Evil twin Lil-la....
