Pack of lincohnshire sausages
Puff Pastry
Eggs
OPTIONAL:Herbs and spices

Equipment

Oven (Pre-heated)
Knife
Brush(For egg glaze)

Method

Step 1:Remove the plastic from each sausage and seperate them.
Step 2:Roll out the pastry.
Step 3:Line the sausage meet up in two lines on the pastry.
Step 4:Slice down the centre of the pastry between the two lines.
Step 5:Roll the pastry over the sausage and you should have two rolls
OPTIONAL:Add details to the top of each roll
Step 6:Whisk some eggs to make a glaze and brush the glaze on the rolls
Step 7:Put the sausage rolls in the oven at 100 for 15-20 mins
Step 8:Enjoy!
OPTIONAL:Add herbs and spices after its cooked for extra taste!
