All Endings
There are 4 of them and you get the choice each time after your final battle.
3 of them just need you to finish the battle and pick 1 of the 3 choices.
The 4th ending needs you to collect all 10 Number Cards.

NOTE You will have to do all the endings in order to unlock some of the character cards.

Card 1
Nexton
You find a woman who has sprained her ankle. Take her to the Apothecary.

Card 2
Thriceton
You find a man trying to scrub himself clean. Give him an Antidote.

Card 3
Woodland
In Ridis's house you can find her mother. Just give her anything the game lets you, whether it helps her on not you get the card.

Card 4
Woodland
After the fire event you go back to the well and speak to the Old Man. Give him some Salve.

Card 5
Unionville
There is a Goblin on the Top Right corner of the town. Give him some Salve.

Card 6
Shoreland
At the Bottom of the town you will find an Old Woman talk with her. Head to the Top Left of the town and talk to the woman there. Whether you choose to let her keep it or take it back you still get the card.

Card 7
(!! You need the Magical Key from the Musty Tower !!)
Advent
Unlock the door on the Right and open the chest.

Card 8
Village of the Sick
You will find a man the seems to be well unlike the others. Give him Medicicine even when Bruno tries to stop you keep choosing to give it to him.

Card 9
Volcano Dungeon (3rd Floor)
On the Left side you will find stairs going back down. Go and follow the path to a chest.

Card 10
Mausoleum (3rd Floor)
There is a chest on the Left. Not on the far far Left but just in the second circle.

Every card counts for this one. Or more like the unique art on them. Some will pop up only after specific endings.
And you need to get their flip side as well...
Don't get scared if you don't have the flipside on some of your main party you shall need some of the endings for that but the rest just make sure you talk to all places like the Inn and Armorer to get their flip sides.

All Monster Cards
You should be able to finish this naturally but if not try to make sure you don't leave an area before getting enough to unlock the flip side of the monsters you have found.

Mar Weapon
Mausoleum lvl 2 inside a Chest on the Right Side of the map near the stairs at the Bottom.


Melanie Weapon
Mausoleum lvl 3 inside a Chest on the Right side of the map and through a secret door.


Protagonist Weapon
Advent Buy for 20.000 Suspicious Merchant


Ridis Weapon
Isle of Blight Treasure Event. You must hear two men talking about a treasure. Left side of the map at the little patches of forest near the bottom/mid of the map.


Bruno Weapon
Mausoleum lvl 1 inside a Chest. This one is tricky. You have to go to the Left Bottom side of the map and walk through the spikes taking some damage to reach the chest.

Finish a fight without taking damage.
You don't have to try you will get this at some point sooner or later.

Reach Max Lvl with any character.

Escape a battle.
Just choose to Run Away from a battle until you hit the dice number required and you are out of the battle.

Strike an enemy with an element they are weak to three times in a single battle.
Easy enough just find an enemy most likely a boss that can last for you to do 3 attacks with an element they are weak to.

Max out of gems.
You can get this by using Melanie's "Charge Spell" and not using Gems to fight until the achievement pops up.

Learn a skill from the Suspicious Doctor.
Throughout your game a man offering you to try his medicine shall pop up. Agree to try it with whoever you want. NOTE that you might not get it the first time just keep wondering and choose again the same character or not doesn't matter you will get one of them at some point after 2-3 tries if not your first.

Get 50.000+ G
You either hold back enough money and grind on your first playthrough before the final Boss saving your money by not buying Phoenixflame until you finish this or you go and finish this on Game Plus.

Game Master Fell Asleep.
Leave your pawn idle in a town (NOT Advent) for a few minutes (2-3) and you'll hear the game master fall asleep. Wait until he is done talking and starts snoring to be sure or wait until the achievement pops up.

Start a Game Plus.

Win the Island Hermit.
At the Isle of Blight on the Top Right side you want to get on the small tip under the clearly visible small patch of unreachable cards over the map. Then you want to get to the Top Left side of the map on the patch of forest to hit the Stela and then get back to the same spot you found the sign before on the Top Right tip.

Win the mysterious knight.
After getting out of the Bewildering Forest at the Left side and Bottom of the map you can find a knight sitting there. You have to get to the 7th Chapter of the game and come back to fight him.

Kill the Dragon Hatred in Vexing Cave (After Ending)
After you get any of the endings you can choose your save and now on the Isle of Blish there is a new cave. Get it and fight the Boss.

Get All Achivements.
