1.Go to https://www.hltv.org/ and in the bottom right corner click on the demo you would like to watch to download it.

2.Once dowloaded, extract to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo

3.Download HLAE
4.Once open select File -> Launch CS:GO
You can find your CS:GO .exe file at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive

Open the demo using the console: type

playdemo [INSERT DEMO NAME HERE]
playdemo astralis-vs-g2-m1-ancient

6.Hit Shift+F2 to open the demo menu, hit Load, then select the proper demo
7.Once opened, type in the console
mirv_listentities isPlayer=1
8.This will show all the players in the server.

For this example were going to watch Niko, who is player 4.

Next type in the console
mirv_pov [PLAYER NUMBER]
mirv_pov 4
9.Disconnect to the main menu, then reopen the demo to watch.
10. bindtoggle kp_downarrow "Spec_show_xray"
or use to turn on xray
Spec_show_xray 1
to turn off xray
Spec_show_xray 0
11.Bind a key to fast forward or slow down:
1 is normal speed, 10 is 10x faster, 0.1 is 10x slower. This example cycles between 1x, and 3x speed

12.Bind a key to pause and resume:
bind kp_enter demo_togglepause
