When in game you will encounter civilians and suspects. I will be explaining how o successfully arrest and apprehend suspects.

You simply find who you want to arrest and press F to make your character convince them to surrender. If successful they will go to their knees. They will then be ready for arrest. you will approach and press F. You have now successfully arrested the suspect/civilian.
