Rainbow Poop Gives a Soul Heart

Beskrivning
Destroying a rainbow poop now grants 1 soul heart to characters with no red heart containers.

Also, Full Health pill, The Sun and 2 of Hearts cards now also grant 1 soul heart to characters with no red heart containers.

can you make it so 2 of hearts will actually multiply your soul hearts and eternal hearts will give you a black heart if you can't have red hearts

This honestly makes sense, I remember playing ??? and seeing a full health pill like "wow thats useless!"

Good job, I always thought this was not fair.
But i think removing full health pill and The Sun buffs would be more balanced and lore wise.
Maybe 2 of Heart should also be 2 blue heart
