Recommended Graphic settings
gpu memory restriction
if your graphics card memory is 6GB or more than 6GB>>>turn off
if your graphic card memory is less than 6GB>>>turn on

vertical sync>>turn off
Weapon dof>>turn off
motion blur>>> 0%,
chromatic aberration effect>>turn off
film grain effect>>turn off,
sniper scope dof>>turn off
lens distortion effect>>turn off
DX12 enabled>>turn off

The settings I'm talking about are distracting options for the game, so you'd better turn them off.

BRIGHTNESS>>90% (if you don't this, you cant see almost anything at night map)

nvidia graphic setting>>digital vibrance=100(it helps a lot when you play at night map)
nvidia graphic setting>>gamma=1.6(it helps a lot when you play at night map)

If you get motion sickness while playing games, recommend raising the fov(=field of view) level.
The fov number i recommend is 90

DX12 works better than 11 on my computer, it will lag a few times when loading stuff in for the first time but after that you get more frames

I tried using 90 fov but all that does is make the enemies seem way further away than they are, making them too tiny to be able to see. I prefer 70 fov.

Vertical Sync should be on in-game and off Globally. The game you're playing can utilize Vsync better than the control panel.
Brightness is nonsense; it's digital vibrancy that makes the difference. 65% Brightness is the sweet spot with 80% digital vibrance which can be found in your gpu's control panel. Digital vibrance makes colors pop anyone arguing against that is ignorant to the fact.

Just upgraded my CPU to an 12900k and still using my GTX1070. With my current setup I get 100-144 FPS on all setting max. So yeah probably CPU Heavy

if you are using these settings, you should probably get a better gpu and monitor. 90% brightness sounds like you are using a $30 rain damaged dell optiplex and a touchscreen fridge

The game is CPU intensive a good cpu and a 1060 might do the job in 64 player modes

90% ? lol not recommended unless your monitor has trouble with outputting proper brightness.
