The collectables are available in RAID MODE. So to unlock this mode you simply play the story mode [assuming your first play through of Hellraid] where it does not show you limited number of lives (3). Once you beat Minotaur and you free your new alley [Raise's voice acting] you are in Hellraid lobby and RAID mode should be unlocked for you. Now you can start collection as shown in the video. It is not important to beat Lord Asmorod (new boss).

For the 4th collectable (Lord Hector's Expedition) do not go through the right side gate (facing to the portal); rather press ESC and back to hellraid lobby and retry. But if you want only the Well-read achievement then ignore this and just pick up any 10 out of the 13. So, this 4th one is for the collectors only.

PS: For some players if the 3 new does not work towards Well-read achievement then the player should pick up all the rest 10. The 3 new are ...
1. Lord Hector's Expedition; 2. Lord Hector's Obsession; 3. Lord Hector's Demise

@Luko My guide was the first about it. May be those who created later they tried to add something unique which I didn't.
