Description

Another music from The Witcher 3 that got me to stop playing and enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the place. Kaer Morhen is a mountain stronghold where children were brought at a young age and trained as Witchers, warriors who specialise in killing monsters to protect the people. At some point in the past, the mages, who created the Witchers as experiments long ago, decided that they had become too powerful and turned the people against them. Most were killed in the events that followed, the schools destroyed as well, including Kaer Morhen. The ruins are now only inhabited by Vesemir, the oldest Witcher of the school. As is the history of this place, this tune is full of calm and old melancholy.

As I played it, I realised that the highest notes made my music box "buzz" ! Unfortunately I didn't have a better one for the recording, I'll have to order a replacement at some point !
