Something about the Medic
The Medic is the main healing class in Team Fortress 2. As He isn't the best in fighting, You can mostly see Him at the front, healing His teammates and trying to do not get involved in battle alone. When healing His teammates, His Übercharge meter. When Übercharge meter is full, Medic can activate a powerfull charge that will make Him and His mate invulnerable for 8 seconds (previously - 10 seconds). Medic can also regenerate His own health - The longer He'll stay away from the battle, the faster His health will regenerate.

Name and Surname: Unknown
Place of origin: Stuttgart, Germany
Job: Doctor Assisted Homicide
Motto: "Prepare for your examination"
Description: What he lacks in compassion for the sick, respect for human dignity, and any sort of verifiable formal training in medicine, the Medic more than makes up for with a bottomless supply of giant needles and a trembling enthusiasm for plunging them into exposed flesh. Raised in Stuttgart, Germany during an era when the Hippocratic oath had been downgraded to an optional Hippocratic suggestion, the Medic considers healing a generally unintended side effect of satisfying his own morbid curiosity.

Health:
Normal: 150 (140 with Vita-Saw)
Overheal: 225 (210 with Vita-Saw)
Quick-Fix Overheal: 185 (175 with Vita-Saw)

Speed:
Normal: 107%, Backward: 96%, Crouched: 36%, Swimming: 85%
Overdose + 100% Übercharge: Normal: 117%, Backward: 106%, Crouched: 39%, Swimming: 94%
Quick-Fix + Healing Scout: Normal: 133%, Backward: 120%, Crouched: 44%, Swimming: 107%

That's all, now, let's get started
Weapons and Sets
In this part, I'll show You Medic's weapons and their effect. I'll also show weapon sets that i personally use (or I was using)

SYRINGE GUNS:

Syringe Gun - Stock, no effects. Good for practicing. Each syringe deals 10 damage (30 when crit)

Blutsauger (Ger: Bloodsucker) - A Vampire gun, You'll get +3 health for each hit. Slows health regeneration by 2HP/s. Damage same as in stock SG (SG - Syringe Gun)
(HP - Health Points). We get that gun when we get Medic Milestone #1

Crusader's Crossbow - You reload 40% faster. This gun shoots special... arrows? Bolts? Whatever it is - They heal teammates and deal damage (ammount depends on distance). It has no headshots, vice-versa to it's brother Huntsman and we have 75% less ammunition, which is a huge ammount of ammo lost. It deals 25-50 damage (75-150 when critted) and heals 50-100 HP

Overdose - Practically useless. Speed grows up with the percentage of Ubercharge, makes less damage.

MEDIGUNS:

Stock Medigun - No effects, as Ubercharge it provides invulnerability for 8 seconds.

Kritzkrieg (Ger: Critical War) - It fills ubercharge meter faster, but Ubercharge gives 100% critical hits for 8 seconds (no invulnerability)

Quick-Fix - It heals 40% faster, it fills Uber-meter 25% faster, You match the speed of heal target (only works on Scout), Medic mirrors blast jump of their heal target, -50% overheal and very strange Ubercharge called "Megaheal" - Heal rate is increased 3x on heal target and medic and Heal target and Medic are immune to stun and damage forces.

Vaccinator - What the hell is that? It has 4 sh!tty Ubers. You gain Uber 50% faster, -66% Overheal build rate. Ubercharge is complete sh!t - 75% resistance to fire, bullets or explosions.

BONESAWS:

Stock Bonesaw: 65 Damage, 195 when Crit.

Uber-Saw: Same damage as stock, but you gain 1/4 (25%) to Uber Meter with every hit. It hits 20% slower.

Vita-Saw (β-saw?) - Same damage as stock. If You'll die, you'll get 20% of your ubercharge meter back. It lowers Medic's health by 10 HP (140 total HP)

Amputator - 56 Damage, 156 when crit. When it's active, you're health regenerate faster, but the saw deals 20% less damage.

The Solemn Vow - Same damage as stock bonesaw. It IS the stock bonesaw, but it allows you to see enemy's health and looks like Hippocrates' head.

Now let's go to some sets.
Offensive set:
Primary: Blutsauger
Secondary: Stock Medigun
Melee: Ubersaw
Strategy: Run around the map healing wounded with your medigun, when in danger, take out blutsauger to gain your health back, or use Ubersaw to fill your uber.

Defensive set:
Primary: Crusader's Crossbow
Secondary: Stock Medigun
Melee: Vita-Saw
Strategy: When you're defending, heal your teammates with medigun and crossbow. When in danger run away helping yourself with Crossbow. If you'll die - don't worry, you'll still have 20% of your Ubercharge meter.

If you wanna fight:
Primary: Depends on your likes
Secondary: Quick-Fix
Melee: The Solemn Vow
Strategy: The Solemn Vow will make you able to see your enemies health - Use it! Attack the weak enemies that have low health with your primary weapon or hit them with tough, hard and heavy Hippocrates' head!
Your enemies, fears and friends.
Now, let's talk about the other classes. Are they dangerous, are they helpful. You'll see.

Heavy - This big made Russian knows what's good. Heal him, he will gain points for you! (2 assists = 1 point). But most heavies don't look for their medics, so use your chat or mouth and tell them to give you their sandvich because you're low on health. You should also look out for enemy heavies, they're really dangerous to you. If you see a Heavy - run away to your teammates.

Soldier - This "tough" American soldier is probably insane, but helpful. They have a Rocket Launcher that is powerful weapon. Heal them, they are also point-givers. But you must also watch out, they don't have sandviches, so you must look on your health. Don't heal "Trolldiers" (Soldiers that are rocket jumping), it's useless. Watch out for enemy soldiers, if he'll make you fly, there's no more chances. Heh, just joking around, try to fall away from him and continue your escape.

Scout - Maybe they are weak, but do not underdestimate them. They are fast and probably they'll make you rotate as ****. There's no much help from your weapons, so run to your teammates, They'll help you! NEVER stick to your teams scouts, only heal them when you need to. Better stick to a Heavy or a Soldier, than to Scout.

Demoman - You can stick to them if there's no heavies or soldiers around. They have extremely short range, so have that in your mind. Whatever, if you'll see a Demoman running right to you, run to your teammates - If he'll catch you with his volley of grenades - it's the end, you're dead.

Pyro - They are good propositions to Uber if there are a lot of enemies. If you'll Uber him, Pyro's wild syndromes will activate, and he'll be like a mindless animal created for killing. They are dangerous to you, if they'll catch you in their flamethrowers range, run like hell. Your health regeneration will help you to stay alive longer, but when you're on fire, find a medkit, pills or something that will refill your health.

Medic - There's no big need for healing Medics from your team, do it only when their wounded. If you'll get in close conflict with enemy medic, the chances are 50-50 if you both have the same health. Chances grow or goes down depending on skill, health etc.

Sniper - They are dangerous to you if you are Pocket Medic. If you are running around map healing, you are not that much easy objective. You won't encounter too much snipers on the map, but when you will do, run around his sight that he can't get you and kill him, but if he is close to his teammates and base, don't do it. Leave him for your snipers. Don't uber them - won't do much.

Engineer - Bah, you will never see any of them on map. But if you're in enemy base healing someone, it's better to stay behind an obstacle or a wall healing your patient, and let him make the job. If you see a typical attacking engie (aka. Mini sentries), don't encounter them. Try destroying them with your Crossbow or let your teammates take the job. If one of your engies is wounded - heal him.

Spy - Those French guys are dangerous to you. Whenever you hear or see a spy, try to avoid him or kill him. Pyros that are spy checking will maybe check areas around you too. If one of your spies is wounded - heal him. He will thank you.

And i think that's all about the classes.
Pocket Medic.
Pocket Medic is a Medic that is sticked to one target, for example Medic that is only healing a heavy, and focusing only on him, rest of the team is nothing for him. AVOID BEING POCKET MEDIC, your team will be glad for that. But if there's nobody to heal, you can stick to a pyro for example and if someone will call you, go and heal him, stick to him and again and again. If you are defending run around the thing you're defending and heal everyone there. Then activate the uber on heavy for example and let your enemies run in fear.
Summary
This is the end of the guide, if you have any other ideas or something, add me and tell me about c that, i'll be really glad. Remember, Medic is important, no team need like 20 scouts or 9 snipers or 5 spies etc.
Avoid Being a Pocket Medic and remember that everyone is glad that you're a Medic.
The End. Bye.
