You have carId=car_GriffenTyro in upload_config.txt, must be carId=car_griffintyro ("i", not "e"), so game doesn't load it because can't find model to attach.
For you it's working from cars folder, not from workshop.

ok it doesn't help you but I feel better. Sounds like you may have an issue with your game files. I'd go on the main forum and ask about it.
