Imagine a system, it has a list of items, but even if you edit them from the list, it's not like the system is prepared to change the database because you changed things there, it will only update values when you actually go to the form that it lays out for you to then save your changes.
However there are usually protections in some games towards changing values like these, I remember having tried to change heights in DW8 like I did with DW9, and it didn't work there, it only allowed values up to the max value available.
I vaguely remember, but I think there was a situation where something could be changed from the list... But I can't remember what it was anymore, too long since I last played it
That was a pretty ambitious attempt. I like a lot of the DLC CAWs. Sounds like it should've worked on paper, weird. Currently, the thing I use the most are setting the favored weapons. That used to be a hassle.
You are welcome.
I actually just updated it with all sliders.
This should make it easier to insert colors (you can just type), or use values beyond the limits for all sorts of stuff
The one thing I wanted to make, though, did not work.
I created an entry with all values for a character (1090 bytes of length), and I was thinking that, if you copy that, and paste in another entry, you can literally duplicate stuff (This also would allow to duplicate the DLC CAWs, and make them editable, and also, a way to share CAWs more easily with others).
It didn't work though, the name, values and stuff are shown, but these changes are not saved.
I'm so happy I happened to come back to this and scroll down to your comment. You're AMAZING

I added most of the things I could find here besides some of the other sliders that were fun to go beyond the limits. This guide (and mine) are still relevant to understand what values can be set or not.
Just go onto Edit mode, highlight the officer you want to edit, and the Table should fill up automatically
I have tried the gem modification for DW9 so I can find the array of codes that matches my character and change the value as I like. Or if you want to find it fast just set the character you want to change as favourite officer, then you can turn it on after modification
My problem is:
The weapon proficiency seems to work just well but the rest doesn't work.. I can't find the code for the section you refer to as.. "four horsemen".. also I can't find the result for the stat ( I mean I found few but none of them actually change the number) Maybe because my character is child officer so perhaps it has different stat conversion. Also maybe because I am playing the English version.. I dunno..
Also I think you're missing the list of voice for female character, I haven't read the old comment, just ignore it if it has been discussed before.

but if you get FF to 80 (yep, it is in reverse, 80 is the minimum value to shrink stuff), it shrinks.
its confusing, but once i learned it, i could make some real cursed stuff on the editor XD
1 - Open you CAW in the editor.
2 - I will be guessing you are aware on how to search Values through Cheat Engine, so you search for the height/width values you want.
3 - After you pinpoint the address, change the value to whatever you want. Save the character and it will be saved.
However, these values are based on 1 Byte Signed Integer. What does this means?
1 Byte = 256 is the max value.
Signed = Rather than 0 to 256, it's from -128 to 128.
So the max values you can insert in these fields are up to that limit.
If you wish for more, that would require to hack the game for it to take upon larger values. Do however keep in mind that even with these values, the camera will not adapt properly (A giant character will take a lot of the screen during gameplay)
