For this build the two required skills are:

At least one shock beacon (preferably 2).

OGM-72 'DIABLO' Strike.

the first thing you'll have to do is find the teleporter, then you'll need to place down your shock beacon(s), just before you use the tp you will want to put down your diablo, the shock beacons will stun lock enemies so they can not escape gods wrath. those are the basics of the build.

These are some helpful items, of course items are subjective.
Hard-light afterburner, this will give you three diablo strikes and will make them charge quicker.
Alien head, this gives a base cooldown reduction to all of your ability's, the more the better.

Purity, this will reduce the cooldown by two seconds, with the disadvantage being -1 luck. you can always counteract this by taking a 57 leaf clover.
