Its quite simple, subscribe and the skin will automatically install, enjoy :)

i found it lost on the internet i had the files of the working 2005/2006 version, but i dont remember where i got it i just remember a friend send it to me

it definitely has more apparent wrinkles and such, and overall is much more reminiscent of the original Gargantua from Half-Life.
