TL DR
Poise = Hyper Armor
Hyper Armor is from the Weapon

Step 2
Hyper Armour
Deadass just use Greatsword (Not the Guts one)
2H R1 will give u decent Hyper armour
There's probably better weapon than GS for Hyper Armour but GS work best for me

Step 3
Fashion
Use what u like as long u got decent amount Poise
(i personally try to reach 40) but that's preference

Step 4
Weapon
- Straight Sword Duhh (F A S T)
- Great Sword (decent speed, reach, hyper armor)
- Curve Sword (personally not using this but F A S T)
- Giant stuff (same as above not really using it so can't really say much)

My personal preference

Straight Sword
- Lothirc SS
- Ringed Knight SS (Cancer gaming bois)
- Gothard (Nice reach)

Great Sword
- Claymore (ChaseTheBro u r my hero)
- BK Greatsword (Perseverance) TRADE DEM HITS
- Gael (Pretty nifty Weapon Arts NGL)


Note :
-As we know the RCE shenanigans is currently happening and the end is nowhere to be seen, Try to use the Blue Sentinel Mod to keep you out of harm and its actually pretty nice anti cheat.

- R1 Spam Straight sword is good and all but don't forget that thing doesn't really have Hyper Armour so do what u want with said information.

- All the information above is based on couple famous YouTuber that yall will fairly familiar with such as ChaseTheBro, Prod, Zullie the witch ETC give them some love too fam
