Imperial Campaign - Ave Caesar (Julii controls all of Italy)

This map patch for the vanilla imperial campaign makes the Julii have control over all of Italy (making it the only Roman faction in the game) and improves on four aspects of the vanilla Imperial Campaign map
These four other aspects are introduced to make the main campaign more easy by increasing starting denarii and increased population, however it also increases difficulty and game length by making rebel cities harder to capture.

Featured changes:

- Julii controls all of Italy and is the only Roman Faction
- Starting population is increased so there is less focus on early game units (but not too much)
- Starting denarii has been increased with +50%

- Rebel towns and cities now have more rebel units inside them
- Rebel towns and cities now use more varied slave and mercenary units to increase unit variety, matching the culture they belong to.

(!) Make sure to not have any active mods changing the campaign map, like "Mundus Magnus" or "270 BC"
