DISCLAIMERS
This guide contains SPOILERS!
If you don't want to risk seeing them, I recommend not reading it, or browsing through it looking for something specific.

Grammatical Errors
English is not my first language, so spelling errors can happen. And I may not be able to notice these errors so soon... If you find one, report it in comments or privately.

I did this while sick.
I made good part of this Guide while I was tired, suffering from headaches and troat pain (No. It's not Covid).
This might have affected my attention to detail and speed, but that doesn't mean that I tried to pull off the best Guide I could on the subject.

Any Feedback is appreciated.
REPOSTING/USING MY WORK
In case you are thinking about using something from my Guide, to put it into something that is yours, like another Guide, a Fandom Wikia page, a Video or perhaps... your own ad-revenued site, etc...

I recommend you to read this Guide below, that I have made specially for people like you.
It talks about what I am confortable with and what-not.
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2732222156 It might seem like "mucho texto", but considering you are thinking about creating content (something that takes effort), I think reading it fast won't hurt.
How to Use the "Ultimate Organ Harvesting Guide"

Is this Guide too big for you?
Problem finding something specific?

Check this Guide below!
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2732267456 It will give you quite enough tips to master your "Guide Reading Skills"!!!

By the way, the Organs in this Guide are listed in the same order as in the Stock Market page for Organs.

I wish this image was smaller...
Without affecting resolution...

Rarity
My Rarity is rated based on some things:
What kind of enemy drops it, how many of that type of enemy is on a SPECIFIC mission where they most appear on, how fast AND easy (non-stressfully) it is to reach and kill those enemies, how often it drops per enemy and if you have to restart way too many times to get that organ atleast 1 time.
All this bullsh*t can be summed up to: My own personal experience.
Pain In The A*s = Rarer.

By the way, in SOME cases, I will always only consider 1 Mission, that being the one where you will have less trouble getting it... or simply because that's the only where you can get it.
Rarity
Description
Common
Dropped by everything, pretty often too.
Uncommon
Dropped by everything, but you gotta kill quite a few people.
Rare
There is 2 possibilities:
  • Dropped by everything, but you will have to kill a bunch of people.
  • Dropped by a specific type of enemy that only appears on 1 mission, but there is lots (or atleast, enough) of this enemy on that mission, that you will get atleast 1 (pretty sure more than 1) drop if you go hunting most of them.
Very Rare
Dropped by a specific type of enemy that might appear in more than 1 mission, but there is only a few of that enemy on the mission that they MOST appear, and not only that, you have to kill them quite a few times... This means you will have to restart the mission some times.
Extremelly Rare
Hell.
Dropped by a specific type of enemy, that only appears in 1 mission, there being only a few of that enemy on that mission (precisely, only 2), and you will have to kill them a few/bunch of times for it to drop.
Yeah, you will be pressing that restart button quite a few times.
I will be honest with you, you only have to worry about the Very and Extremelly Rare ones. The others you will get by playing normally, most likely. When it comes to rarity, Organs are bland... Fishes on the other side...
[BASICS] Important Information
Gibbing Techniques
Yeah yeah, ofc... you can kick or shoot a dead body to pop it open... But why not learn a few, if not, all the different methods?
These methods of gibbing regular, dead enemies (non-armored ones) or civilians, might help you a lot. Most of them either make a smaller mess than regular (doesn't send gibs flying far away), is a faster method that can gib a bunch of enemies in a shorter time, or is simply something that you can do to pop those corpses open.
In any case, pay attention to if you are in a open area or an enclosed space, because gibs might be sent flying in some cases.

Simple Kick
The most basic way of gibbing a dead body is to simply look at it while standing and kick it.
It is easy, but it ins't the best way to do it, cuz it is kinda slow comparated to other methods, and worse of all, because you are standing up and looking down, the kick will make the gibs hit the ground with extreme force and they will be sent flying upwards, far away.
So, if that the case, try to kick it while standing direct on top of the dead body and looking down, that way the gibs fly and fall almost in the same place, or atleast nearby.
Crouch and Kick Towards a Wall
In case you see a body on the floor, and a wall is nearby, you can crouch near it and kick it. Try to kick as much HORIZONTALY as possible, to avoid the gibs flying away. This will result in the gibs running through the ground, hiting the wall and bouncing back, without anything getting scatered in all directions.
This is quite slow, but it's cheap and effective.
Eating Corpses in Power in Misery State
In case you have died too many times in a single phase (without it being on Hope Erradicated difficulty), you will find yourself in Power in Misery state. Your screen border will acquire a fleshy state and you won't have to pay $500 dollars everytime you die anymore.
Not only that, you will gain a very important hability, which is to consume dead corpses.
Doing it, heals 1 Health point, but we don't care about that. What we care about is that when you eat it, it also gibs the body, and not only that, it peacefully drops everything on the same place.
There literally no scatter. This makes the smallest mess of all methods, but it ins't the fastest method.
You might have to die a few times to get Power in Misery, but meh...
Shooting Corpses
If you have spare ammo and is on a enclosed space, go for it.
You can shoot a corpse about 3 times to gib it with a regular weapon, and 1 (depending on distance) with shotguns.
Full auto weapons can gib multiple bodies quickly, from multiple places, while a shotgun can gib multiple bodies at once if they are piled up.
It is very fast and efficient, and the gibs aren't sent flying away like when you kick a corpse the wrong way or explode it.
So yeah, it's a good method for those who have spare bullets and don't care about making noise.
1-Hit Kill Powerfull Weapons
Some weapons are powerful enough to not only kill enemies in 1 shot, but also instantly gib them.
Such weapons are:
  • New Safety M62 (Revolver)
  • Stern AWS 3000 (High-Cal. Sniper)
  • ZKZ Transactional Rifle
  • Abscess Ironworks Lux.
It is a very fast method, but be aware that the "gibbing" might be a little bit violent in some cases and the gibs might be sent flying away, or atleast, far backwards, scattering it all across the floor.
Throwing Weapons
You can throw weapons both at dead bodies and living beings.
If it ins't armored, a dead body will gib almost always, but for living beings, throwing weapons ins't always 100% lethal. For civilians, yeah, you will always kill them, but even for a regular guard, if he is alerted, he might survive it depending of where you throw it, and even if it is killed, it might not gib. But a "head-thrown" does the job most of the time.
It definitively ins't the best method, as it is slow, doesn't always work on living enemies, you can only throw 2 weapons at a time, leaving you vunerable too, the only good thing is the scatter, which is kinda normal, equal to shooting a body.
Explosives
If there is a pile up of bodies inside a room, and you are equipped with an explosive device, you could instantly gib a bunch of bodies at once. Such weapons are:
  • Security Systems Anti-Armor Device
  • HE Grenade.
Be aware tho, this method might be kinda fast in some situations (not in all of them, depending of how many bodies are piled up), but explosives are scarse and not only that, the gibs pretty much are sent flying everywhere, so try to keep an eye out to see where they are sent towards, and try to do it in enclosed spaces.
Corrosive Gas
If there is a pile up of bodies, you could also use corrosive weapons to gib a bunch of bodies at once, with weapons such as:
  • Riot Pacifier
  • Bolt ACR
  • Toilets.
This method not only can be fast in some situations (not in all of them, depending of how many bodies are piled up), but it also gently places the gibs all in the same place, there is literally no scatter, so it is kinda better than using explosives in some situations (mainly in open areas), but there is a few downsides, which is it having scarce ammo, slow reload (for the Riot Pacifier), and having to wait for the clouds to discipate (Except for the Bolt ACR which the clouds stay forever, and the only way to tae no damage is to be in DEATH Mode).

Fun Facts:
  1. Shooting people with the Parasonic C3 DNA Scrambler completely destroys their Organs. Even if you destroy their mutated bodies completely. I wouldn't do that if you want them...
  2. Headshots DOES NOT affect Brains drop chances negatively... so it's safe to assume that body shots also don't affect drop chances for other Organs negatively.
Organs & How to Get Them (Part 1)
(BRN) Brain
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
Due to a BUG, the 3D Model for the Brain's Drop is ALWAYS completelly invisible to me. Let's hope this gets fixed soon. When this happens, I will collect screenshots ASAP.
Tbh, I really don't know how it hasn't been fixed yet... like, it is a very common organ and it should be VERY easy to notice that it is always invisible
In-Game Description: "Raw material used by the AI industry."
Default Price (0%): $40
Rarity: Uncommon.
Obtained by: Killing pretty much anything. Every NPC can drop it, including Civs. It simply just has a lower chance than your ordinary Kidney or Liver to be dropped. Idk if it is just me but everytime i pick one of these i simply cannot see it.

(AUGB) Augmented Brain
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "A low quality augmented brain. High processing speed at the cost of extreme neuroticism."
Default Price (0%): $130
Rarity: Uncommon.
Obtained by: Seems to be dropped specifically by those bodyguards that use Silenced Pistols and have red writings on their backs, pretty sure you know them. They appear in most missions and are far from being rare, so you pretty much will get a bunch of them just by playing normally.

(PSYB) Psycho Brain
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "The brain of a psychogenic controller, or psyker. Capable of sentience."
Default Price (0%): $2000
Rarity: Very Rare.
Obtained by: Dropped by Psykers (psychos... idk), which are those guys with big heads full of holes, that f*cks up all your vision by making it zoom in, and also make your gun shoot alone by itself (yeah, THESE ones, that are a pain in the a*s).
Not only it is an annoying, quite rare enemy, but also, the organ doesn't always drop, meaning you will have to kill a few of these f***ers.
Here are some tips:
  • If you have (or can/want to activate) Hope Eradicated, go to Appartment Atrocity, because then there will be always a Psyker inside your appartment on the living room. Just keep killing it and restarting until he drops the Brain. It actually pretty easy and fast... Makes me wonder why I gave it the "Very Rare" rarity...
  • If you DON'T, then it will take a little longer and a bit harder. Go to Androgen Assault instead, and you want to enter through the front door, complete ignore the cops in the front, go ahead and turn to your right in the first corridor you see, kill the annoying shotgun-cop in the corridor, continue a little bit farther ahead, and enter the first door to your right. This should lead to the Basketball Court, where 1 psyker can be found. Kill him, and restart if he doesn't drop the Brain.

(WRMB) Worm Brain
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "Crawling with lab grown parasites."
Default Price (0%): $2000
Rarity: Rare.
Obtained by: Dropped by those guys with big heads from Miner's Miracle, not sure if only by armed men or by big-headed civs too, but either way, there are plenty of these crawling around, and you will easily get one or more just by trying to kill enemies here and there.
PRO TIP: Bring a Hazmat Suit with you, those guys spawn Flesh Rats when killed, most of the time, and it will be a pain in the a*s without it.

(LIVR) Liver
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "Mostly commonly needed spare part of executives."
Default Price (0%): $20
Rarity: Common.
Obtained by: Come on, I bet you already have atleast 1 of these. It is dropped by everything, most of the times.

(TLVR) Tactical Liver
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "It looks cool."
Default Price (0%): $150
Rarity: Uncommon.
Obtained by: Dropped by Elite enemies, which is those guys with helmet, red eyed gas masks and black armor, that are equipped with that scoped assault rifle (K&H X20), which can be first seen on the bathroom of Pharmakokinetics.
They aren't as common as your average guard, but you still can be lucky to get a Tactical Liver from the one at Pharmakokinetics.
If not, go to Sin Space Engineering, there are quite many of them there, and simply restart if you see that you didn't get any.
Organs & How to Get Them (Part 2)
(KDNY) Kidney
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "Plentiful and easily replaced, more so than others."
Default Price (0%): $10
Rarity: Common.
Obtained by: Come on, I bet you already have atleast 1 of these. It is dropped by everything, most of the times.

(HERT) Heart
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "A disgustingly persistent little biological pump."
Default Price (0%): $200
Rarity: Rare.
Obtained by: Quite hard to get, due to low drop rate, but still, almost everything can drop it, including civilians, so it is just a matter of how many you kill.

(BHRT) Black Heart
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "A heart running at optimal capacity."
Default Price (0%): $1500
Rarity: Rare.
Obtained by: Dropped by those bla- I mean dark guys from Darkworld, not sure if only by armed men or by dark civs too, but either way, there are plenty of these crawling around, and you will easily get one or more just by trying to kill as many enemies as possible.
PRO TIP: Darkworld is... well... dark. Consider bringing the following:
  • A Flashlight and the Life Sensor goggles.
  • or, in case you found it, the Night Vision Goggles.

(INTS) Intestine
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "The one in the driver's seat. The homunculus."
Default Price (0%): $300
Rarity: Rare.
Obtained by: Quite hard to get, due to low drop rate, but still, almost everything can drop it, including civilians, so it is just a matter of how many you kill.

(PINT) Putrid intestine
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "The worst smell you have ever experienced. What has this thing been eating?"
Default Price (0%): $400
Rarity: Rare.
Obtained by: Dropped only by Dogs (pretty sure you know them, those black things that come running at you, that have weird heads), which ins't a rare enemy, but the Intestine has a low drop chance, so you will have to kill quite a few dogs.
I recommend going to Pharmakokinetics, considering the map is small and there is rather a good "dog to guards" ratio on that Mission (2 on the statue room, 2 on the "tunnels" at the backrooms behind the counter, after that blue door, and 1 at the upper floor).
You might not get it in 1 try, so you might need to restart some times.

(APNX) Appendix
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop

(It is just like the Kidney)
In-Game Description: "The primitive seat of the soul."
Default Price (0%): $1500
Rarity: Extremelly Rare.
Obtained by: Dropped by the ONLY 2 Cruelty Squad members that appear ONLY during the Appartment Atrocity mission.
In case you don't know them, it is the guy that waits for you in front of your door, that is equipped with an AS15 (full-auto shotgun), that has cyan hair and "Cruelty Squad" written red on the back of his jacket.
The 2nd is at the ground floor, hidden in a room that can be easily found by walking down the hallway, past the doors and simply paying attention to the wall on your left side.
Simply kill both of them every time, and restart.
Oh yeah, you will be restarting a LOT, considering not only this Organ is ONLY dropped by those 2 (TWO!!) f***ers, from the ENTIRE game, but it also has a VERY low chance to drop.
(Not as painful as trying to catch all fish tho).
Organs & How to Get Them (Part 3)
(SPNE) Spine
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "Mark of a celestial prisoner."
Default Price (0%): $800
Rarity: Rare.
Obtained by: Quite hard to get, due to VERY low drop rate, but still, almost everything can drop it, including civilians, so it is just a matter of how many you kill.
I just don't give it a "Very Rare" Rarity due to it being dropped by almost everything.

(RSPN) Rotten Spine
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "The internal scaffolding of a being selected for eternal punishment."
Default Price (0%): $3000
Rarity: Extremelly Rare.
Obtained by: Dropped by the ONLY 2 Cruelty Squad members that appear ONLY during the Appartment Atrocity mission.
In case you don't know them, it is the guy that waits for you in front of your door, that is equipped with an AS15 (full-auto shotgun), that has cyan hair and "Cruelty Squad" written red on the back of his jacket.
The 2nd is at the ground floor, hidden in a room that can be easily found by walking down the hallway, past the doors and simply paying attention to the wall on your left side.

Oh yeah, you will be restarting a LOT, considering not only this Organ is ONLY dropped by those 2 (TWO!!) f***ers, from the ENTIRE game, but it also has a VERY low chance to drop.
(Not as painful as trying to catch all fish tho).

(GUT) Stomach
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "The origin of Death."
Default Price (0%): $101
Rarity: Uncommon.
Obtained by: Killing pretty much anything. Every NPC can drop it, including Civs. It simply just has a lower chance than your ordinary Kidney or Liver to be dropped.

(NGUT) Nuclear Stomach
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "Capable of turning fissile material into biological energy. Doesn't protect the surroundings from radiation."
Default Price (0%): $1010
Rarity: Very Rare.
Obtained by: Dropped by Necromechs (Those big guys with skull heads, blue chests with police written on their back, and most importantly, carrying 2 LMGs (AMG4) at once.
So yeah, it's rare AND tough enemy, but I know of a few tips.
You want to go to Mall Madness, as this is the mission where they appear the most, with a Rocket Launcher and a armor piercing weapon, and perhaps some implants that make you run a lot faster, and reach high altitudes (I will explain why soon).
So basically, after that you will want to go running around, killing them ONLY with your armor piercing weapon, then collecting their LMG, which also has armor piercing, and above all, more ammo, and after you kill them, you gotta shoot your Rocket Launcher directly at their dead body, as THEY CANNOT BE GIBBED BY ANY OTHER WAY. If you find another method to gib them that works most of the time, please notify me.
But be aware, the explosion not only will gib them, but it very probably will send all his gibs flying away, so thats why you might need implants to help you fly or jump higher, because sometimes it even leaves through the Mall's window's and into the outside/surface level of the map.
So before exploding it, be prepared to pay attention to which dirrection his gibs have gone.

And even after all that, there is still a high chance that none of them will drop it, and that you will have to restart and try again.
I would've given this a "Extremelly Rare" Rarity, given to the fact that it might be a pain in the ass/slow to get it depending on your luck, but because there's quite a few Necromechs on that mission, I gave it a "Very Rare".

(PNCR) Pancreas
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "Manages the regulation of blood sugar levels. Completely superfluous due to advances in the food industry."
Default Price (0%): 1 (FIXATED)
Rarity: Uncommon.
Obtained by: Killing pretty much anything. Every NPC can drop it, including Civs. It simply just has a lower chance than your ordinary Kidney or Liver to be dropped.

(ADVP) Advanced Pancreas
Stocks Page
In-Game Organ Drop
In-Game Description: "This pancreas has been modified to secrete synthetic stimulants."
Default Price (0%): $603
Rarity: Rare.
Obtained by: Dropped by police men. Not too hard to get, just go to Androgen Assault and kill every cop you see. You will surely get more than 1.
