The Amazing Disappearing Cargo Scooter

Summary: This mod makes the Cargo Scooter able to be carried in a hotbar slot. OP? Yes. But I'm sick of the thing despawning on me.

Did you spend your precious Engineer talent point on "Cargo Scooter" only to find that the cargo enhancements on the scooter not only make it unwieldly, but also haunted by ghosts? Tired of half your hard-earned loot going down the drain because the scooter decided to despawn for no reason? Me too. So I made this. Unfortunately I can't make the scooter stop doing the amazing disappearing act, but I can make it so it'll stay in an inventory slot so you don't have to drop it all the time and invite the vengeance of the despawn ghosts. Please note that this kind of thing is MONSTROUSLY OVERPOWERED and whatever submarine crew you use this with should probably follow some kind of house rule to not carry more than one at once. Oh well. It beats all my loot jumping down a black hole.
