→ Choose the dialogue options:
Hide the truth
Give immortality
Goddess
Saved your power
→ Choose the dialogue options:
Tell the truth or Hide the truth (either option works)
Keep immortality

I'm not entirely sure what triggers this, but it unlocked automatically for me after following the steps for the Fire and wind achievement. (I had unlocked Opened the gallery and Human before Fire and wind.)

Thanks for the guide!

The "Found minigame" can be achieved by clicking somewhere on the main menu that brings up another page with some options for puzzle. I did this after completing the other four achievements so I'm not sure if it can be done before that.
