Omschrijving
This mod can help you in certain situations if you need to spawn zombies in special places.

Compared to DayZ's zombie_territories.xml, this mod gives you more control over your zombie and animal spawning. Partly because it allows you to spawn them in the Y coordinate (height).

Set up custom zombie and/or animal spawnlocations, amount, density/spread, min distance to player and zombie attachments. You can even use the mod to spawn loot if you spawn it as animal.


The mod is very lightweight, and will not affect performance. (unless you spawn too many zombies ofc..)

The mod only runs serverside. Clients don't need it.

Has anyone managed to spawn some loot via triggers, through AnimalsToSpawn in ZombieSpawnTool_config.json, as suggested in readme file?

For me zombie spawns works nicely (beside the ones spawned on surfaces over the water, but there's no workaround regarding that in general, afaik), but I haven't figured out how to spawn loot via triggers consistently.

@knutschie1000 I think the reason why they don't move is because the sea is underneath.
I know of another person who tried the same thing with the bunker above the sea, zombies were acting weirdly and didn't move at first, and the same thing happens to my oil rig as well.

@KnightZ you can use the mod to spawn zeds on the platform, but they will probably glitch and won't react usually.
From what I've heard it's because how core game spawn system works and I'm not sure there are any fixes through mods available for the issue.
