1. Click on Steam on the top left
2. Click Go Offline

Hide your game detail.

1.Go to your profile.
2.Click Edit Profile
3.Click Privacy Setting
4.Scroll down until you see Game details and on the right if it say Public or Friend only you need to change it to Private

Steam > Settings > Interface > "Client Beta Participation"
Select "Steam Beta Update"
Restart Steam
Select horny game
Cog on right-hand side of screen (next to Achievements)
Manage > Mark As Private
♦ Done ♦
Now you'll see an eyeball icon with a slash through it.
Have fun. Stay hydrated. And wash your fucking hands, mouse, & keyboard, you degenerate.

PS: steam or game updates can sometimes erase this setting. Always check. Look for the orange circle, eyeball slash icon.

Just make a second steam account and buy these games on the new account, keeps the original account clean and totally untraceable for friends and fam :)
