experient but still being hold by Surplus weapons and Arsenal

Cartel
the Cartel has grown a lot with time. a product with a an addiction side effect makes sure that people will be always buying it. selling the poison they got a very modern arsenal of exported and contrabanded weapons

Militia
the Militia is a Civilian Made group who had enough. they got impatient with the government and it's corruption and decided to take matters to their own hands. they got Old Weaponry,stolen weaponry,makeshift weaponry and anything they got their hands on who could kill a person
