Solution 1: Try Turning off Anti-Aliasing (AA): If that works, slowly increase the AA level until it blackscreens again. That way you know what the max level of AA you can play with is. I am running the game at 2560x1440 and I can only use up to 9x AA, otherwise the game will blackscreen after the loading splash screen appears.

Solution 1: Use a lower resolution - I'm not joking, this more or less fixes that problem. I was on 2560x1440, no matter what settings I changed, what binding I used, using mouse/keyboard or gamepad, etc; this was the only thing that fixed it.
