[PLATE] Australia Queensland NHV Plate

Australia Queensland National Heavy Vehicle

It’s not a traditional Australian plate, but I wanted to make it symmetrical with the in-game plate digits. In doing so, it became a part of my dedication project to Steve Irwin and Australia.
