General rule is: the more you interact with past objects - the better ending you'll get.
You don't need to replay entire game for another ending. Selecting a chapter in required Act, and amending a few items is enough.

you will need the code found by the vault in act 1 to open an other safe in act 2 and get the achievement “contract”

I got the achievement "It’s in the Vault" in act 1, and not in act 2, unlike what you've written. Check my public profile and achievement list for proof.

I didn't get an achievement with a cat, although I passed the game.

For those stuck on the safe, you need to go to the parents room in the first act and find the "DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING" note. There is also a code 5591. Once you trigger the dialog and exit the room, the safe works and you can find the symbol.

As others have noted: The video tape must be unprotected for VHS blogger and the good ending. Adam will use it to record a science video and no longer mourn his Baseball career.

I addition to surzhykKorektor's comment: Fixing the computer cannot be undone, but you don't have to write the Readme file. I was down to 15% when I reached the bad ending.

Correction to the endings explanation: once you've done the antivirus and readme.txt in Act 3, you actually can't ever undo them without a save file reset, as Act 3 Adam's Room is only accessed if you get the antivirus in Act 2, and you can't then leave the room until you fix the computer (making an awkward pseudo-softlock moment of going back and skipping the AV, then jumping to Act 3 Adam's Room, plugging into the computer, and... not having the AV).

You can still get Ending C if the only "correct" items you have are the AV and the readme, though. Just undo all other events, and you're in.

Aha, the tape was very important! 20%! I forgot I see it again in the garage during A3 and you need to pass around ignoring it, to scratch it from the list.
