Took me 10 min. Easy and pretty design.
Really like the neat gel spot design with lamps :3
Quite simple one among this designer's puzzles.
Strongly recommend to solve by yourself.

Solving Step Hints
1 : try to place gels only to where it looks like its intended to.

This was probably mentioned already but an alternate solution is to paint a propulsion (orange) gel runway next to the repulsion (blue) gel dropper. The provision for a runway on the other side of the goo isn't needed.
