You need to load Buy the Hub and Genesis bevor this mod!

This patch is now incompatible with the latest version of Genesis - the game simply crashes when attempting to load The Hub. Any way you could update it?

After a few days, this just stops working. All new structures get registered as "too near an existing settlement" and it isn't fixed by loading, importing or anything else I've tried. Also for some reason, importing will add several people (up to a dozen) in squads after buying the Hub.

I figured out that the genesis mod has to come first in the mod loader then buy the hub then the patch for him to spawn.

I have imported my save and I can't seem to find the Owner of the Hub. He is not in the bar or other buildings.

Just to confirm. Most of the houses I can't buy despite having this patch (I haven't bought the city I just started a new game) with this patch I should be able to buy any house like in the vanilla game or is it like in Genesis that I'm limited (I assume I have everything installed well)
