You will need a couple things
Such as...
Computer with these specs or better
AMD Ryzen 9 or Intel Core I9
Nvidia RTX 3090 TI
64 Gb dd5 Ram
150 Watt Power Supply
Electricity
Gig Speed Wired Connection
Some Kind Parents who will pay your bills
SledgeHammer
Tires
A Copy Of Garry Mod

Step One

Plug in the computer - Make sure you got your parents permission to plug in there and your allowed to use the power.

Step 2

Carefully put the tires on the computer so it will run better it should look like this

Step 3

Press the power button im not sure where it is but maybe hit your computer with a sledgehammer a couple times it might turn on.
PS if it takes a while to turn on Hit the motherboard inside with a couple swings.

TroubleShoot

If your computer isnt loading after that i know how to fix it so take your CPU and remove these pins that are highlighted just take some tweezers and you have to be harsh to get them out.
