How to Fix Halo Infinite's Cosmetic System
Since launch, Halo Infinite has been under fire from players due to its terrible cosmetic and microtransaction systems. With overpriced items and a selection that mostly consists of armor from a game that came out in 2010 with Halo Reach, it has left players wanting much more.

To make matters worse, the current Halo Infinite Progression System is downright insultingly bad. Then when you finally trudge through the slog of progression in the meager battlepass, your reward can end up being a single shoulder piece for only the left or right shoulder, or just a stupid emblem.

It really seems like 343 Industries has tried to take a small offering of cosmetic items, and stretch them out as much as they can through a frustrating time-gate heavy battlepass system.

The Halo Community at large has decided to take matters into their own hands and create mockups of new cosmetic and microtransaction systems, with dazzling results. Their changes include obvious quality of life fixes such as being able to use any armors and any coatings on any armor cores, bundling more items together for better value, reducing prices to amounts found in similar games in 2022, and much more.

Will 343 Industries be wise enough to implement the community's proposed fixes, or will this frustrating and barebones system be a permanent fixture in Halo Infinite?
