Introduction
Hello there!

The use of on map artillery in Graviteam Tactics games is a very complex and unintuitive concept, especially for new players, since the implementation differs so much from other games.

The necessity to use the element of communication on the battlefield is not something that new players expect to deal with.

Since there are no ingame Tutorials that really explain the use of on map artillery, and the effects that battlefield communication has on it, I decided to record a Tutorial.

New players will learn everything they need to know about the use of on-Map Artillery.
Even Veterans might still learn a trick or two from watching this video.

Thanks
If you are a new players to this series of games: welcome!

I still remember how difficult my first steps at Graviteam Tactics games were.
The learning curve is frightening, but don´t give up!
Once you understand the basics, you will find a wonderful and very rewarding experience.

I´m trying to help new players as much as I can, and I will produce more tutorial videos for these games.
Make sure you are subscribed to my youtube channel so that you get notified when I upload a new video.

Great video! Thanks a lot.

I'm not sure if this'll work, but at 13:00 when you send the entire command squad up to the observation position, I believe instead of sending the whole squad up you can select an individual observer and send them up alone. That way the unit commander stays in his position with the cable-laying squad. That squad will send someone to lay cable up to the observer on the ridge, and you'll have a clean line of communications all around.

I think it's ctr-click to select an individual soldier or squad within a unit. Saw it on a DasTactic video once.
