Replaces both sniper sounds to a familiar quote from a familiar australian snoipah.
If you've seen this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6cm2iFmASBc) video, it's playing off of that meme.

Although there's a small error I don't know how to fix where the word "mornin'" just don't wanna come out with the hunting rifle. He just sorta quits and says "It's like Christmas-." Still sounds natural I guess so I'mma keep it.

-Also- If anyone wants to record gameplay of any of these byatiful mods I've created, feel free. I need a demonstration vidya (and a bigger harddrive to store teh gameplay footage).
