An modernized american classic. The M14s-16 is a modernized take on the classic M14 rifle used by the United states armed forces during the Vietnam war period.

The wooden stock has been swapped to a light polymer frame, RIS attachments mounts have been added and the barrel has been cut down to allow close quarters combat.

Non-Lethal / Less-Lethal Weapons
  • Non-lethal weapons are often used in riot control but they have use cases outside of riots too. They are useful in making non-compliant suspects comply, with out causing death.

  • Less-Lethal Doesn't mean Non-Lethal. Less-Lethal weapons can be lethal if shooting at a suspects head or other weakspots. Be careful where and what you shoot.
TPL Pepperball Launcher


The TPL Is a non lethal pepperball launcher, that fires riot control pepper balls from a detachable 12 round magazine. Compared to the vks launcher, the TPL is more ergonomic and manouvareble. at the cost of magazine capacity. It is usefull when suspects are wanted to be kept alive
(like george brixley in the valley of dolls map) and to minimize "accidental" deaths.

The pepperballs gas lingers on the area of impact. The lingering causes disorientation and it can affect you and your squad mates. Also when shooting suspects you are unlikely to get penalized for using unauthorized force, (unless you shoot suspects that have surendered)

Note that pepperball weapons are ineffective against suspects with gasmasks!

BeanBag Shotgun


The Bean Bag Shotgun Is a pump action shotgun that fires 12 gauge beanbag rounds, that stun and dissorient suspects. It can fit up to eight shells in its magazine tube and one in the chamber.

The bean bag shotgun can and will kill if you hit the targets head, so be carefull!

Note that suspects that are protected by bodyarmor are immune to the beanbag shotgun in their protected areas!

Taser


The taser is a less-lethal tool that is often used to make non compliant suspects comply. The taser fires two prongs that penetrate clothing and skin on impact, the prongs stick to the target.

When the prongs have stuck into the targets skin it will transfer a electric current and shock the target
this will stun the target for a while and most likely will make them comply.

Note that the taser comes with a laser pointer!

Attachments - Illuminators and designators
There are different types of flashlights and lasers that you can attach on your weapon.


Flashlight


A Standard Flashlight. Usefull in lighting up dark spaces and target identification.
It can be toggled of and on. Note that suspects can see your flashlight so turn it off when its not needed to avoid being detected easily




IR-Flashlight

Same as the flashlight, but the light is only visible when wearing night vision goggles.
Ir flashlights are more stealthy than the normal flashlights, but they are more situational.


Laser pointer

Displays a bright laser that displays aproximately where your bullet will go when you fire your weapon. Useful when using point fire and the tilted aim mode.

IR Laser Pointer & Variants



Does the same thing that the normal laser pointer does, but the laser is only visible when wearing night vision goggles. Useful in night time, low light operations and in target designation.

Flashbang



A Explosive Device That Blinds And Disorients Suspects That Are Caught In The Blast.
Flashbangs Are Essential Items To Bring To Every Mission. They Make Clearing Rooms Safer And They Make Non Compliant Suspects Usually Comply. Flashbangs are non lethal and flashbanging civilians / compliant suspects will not be penalized in scoring.

Note That Flashbangs Are In-efective against suspects with sun glasses and visors.


Cs gas


A Grenade Which Releases gas that disorients suspects when in contact with the released gas.
Cs gas is a extremely powerfull tool in your arsenal, if used right. It excels in crowd control and in room clearing. The gas can affect you and your squadmates, so equip the gasmask if you plan to use cs gas.



Note That Cs gas is in-efective against suspects with gasmasks
Remember To Bring A Gasmask If You Plan To Use CsGas!

Stinger-grenade



A Grenade that fires out small rubber balls when detonated, suspects caught in the shrapnel will be disoriented and hurt. Making them surrender more likely. Stinger-grenades are more extreme versions of flashbangs, but they serve the same role. To make clearing rooms safer.
Long Tactical (Large Equipment)

  • There is a total of seven unique tools that you can equip for your long tactical slot. They
    range from ballistic shields to CS gas grenade launchers.

  • Every tool has their use in their own specific situations. No tool is useless.

  • Pick the right tool for the job. Prepare acordingly.
Optiwand / Mirror



The optiwand is used to peek under doors, to gain information about the room you are going to enter.

Are there any suspects, and how many? Are there any ARMED suspects? Is there a booby trap?
The optiwand helps you answer these questions, so you can decide the best approach.


Battering Ram



The battering ram is the classic solution for locked doors. It busts the targeted door, destroying the lock and door handle.

Breaching Shotgun


The Breaching Shotgun Is Used To Open Locked Doors. It uses special breaching rounds that are designed to have minimal penetration to avoid over penetration and accidentaly injuring any civilians.

To properly use the shotgun aim at the lock / door handle and fire. The shotgun can fit 4 shells at a time.


Note that the special shells are in-effective in combat, only causing minor damage.

M320 Launcher [Flash & Gas & Stinger]


A German made 40mm grenade launcher. Commonly used in military or law-enforcement situations. There are 3 types of grenade launchers available. Flashbang, Cs Gas and stinger loads.

They have the same effects as their throwable counterparts, the only difference being that the launcher fired grenades fly farther and detonate on impact, making them more controllable.

Warning! Grenade Launchers Are Lethal If You Directly Hit A Suspect!

M321 Launcher [Flash & Stinger]


A military grade grenade launcher used by law enforcement in riot control situations. The M321 is able to fire 6, 40mm grenade shells that are loaded with flashbang- or stinger loads. Takes your primary weapon slot, restricting your defense to your sidearm and teammates.

Warning: Hitting a suspect directly will cause them to get wounded or die. Be careful.

Ballistic Shield



The ballistic shield is used to protect you and your squadmates from small arms fire.

While using the ballistic shield your field of view will decrease and you are limited to only using your pistol for self defence. It will not affect your movement speed tough.

The shield is usefull when clearing rooms, so the shield should always go first when breaching to protect more people.

Note that when un-equiped the shield will act as bullet proof armor for your back.

Armor
Armor Materials

There are 3 options to choose from to select as your armor material.



Kevlar:

Kevlar is the lightest armor but provides the least amount off protection and is less durable than the others. Use this material when speed and manuverability is a requirement.

Ceramic:

Ceramic armor is the middle ground between kevlar and steel. It provides avarage protection and avarage movement speed. Ceramic armor is always a safe choice as it works everywhere

Steel:

Steel is the heaviest armor, limiting your movement speed drasticly. As a trade off steel plates make protect you from even the larges of calibers. It also can tank the most hits.
Use this armor if you are facing high threath suspects.





Armor Coverage

There are 4 options to choose from to select as your armor coverage.



None:

Offers no protection, provides the best movement speed.

Front

Covers The Front Of Your Body. Doesnt affect movement speed much.

Front/Back

Covers Both The Front And Back Of your body. Affects movement speed.

Full

Covers your front, back, and sides of your body. Heavily affects movement speed.

Armor Types

There are 4 options to choose from to select as your armor type.

This affects how much gear you can carry, your movement speed and amount of armor on your body.



No Armor:

Provides No armor, basicaly no gear carrying slots and the most movement speed.

Stab Vest:

Protects the user from stabs and sharp objects. Provides no protection against firearms tough.
Provides the most carrying space of all the options, and quick movement.


Light Armor:

Protects the users stomach, thorax and optionaly the sides. Has good manuverability and carying capacity.

Heavy Armor:

The heaviest protection avaivable. Protects the users stomach, thorax. sides and arms.
Use this armor when fighting high treath suspects.

Random tips that don´t fit anywhere else

  • You Can Tilt you weapon sideways By Pressing -O- (Default)

  • You Can shoot some lights to break them (Useful if you are using nvgs)

  • You can queue Orders (hold shift when making ordes)

  • You can open the door slightly to check for booby-traps or throw an granade

  • You can move cuffed civilians and suspects

Good guide but the SA-58 does not have a 'medium' recoil. You put the SR-16 as 'medium' as well, and the recoil on the SA-58 has much more recoil than the SR-16.

attachments, i have no clue what cobat grip does, im assumign its a mix of speed and verticle grip, vert improves aim and angled foregrip is the sped of ads
