Step 1: Download amd issue fix.7z and extract the contents to a folder.

Step 2: Transfer cmn_ch_a.pac and cmn_bl_c.pac to BlazBlue Centralfiction\data\common\cmn_bl and replace both files.

Step 3: Transfer cockpit_dimg.pac to BlazBlue Centralfiction\data\ETC and replace the file.
