1 Go to Movies in the installation folder.
2 Delete or rename RockStar.wmv.
Force windowed mode
1 Install Bully Widescreen Fix. https://thirteenag.github.io/wfp#bully
2 Create a blank wndmode.ini file in the installation folder.
3 The game will now run borderless by default.

To enable the border, close the game, open wndmode.ini, and change Border=0 to Border=1.
Save Failed
1 Go to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\
2 Delete the Bully Scholarship Edition folder.
Controller/Controls Unresponsive
1 Go to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Bully Scholarship Edition
2 Delete the ControllerSettings file.
