Perk - Sicario
Primary - R700
Secondary - Heather

Good at clearing normal units and most of the special unit.
May have a bad time dealing with Dozers due to not having really high DMG.
Good for clearing grouped enemies.
Good ammo pickups.

Playstyle - Hide in a corner my doods, you are playing sniper, not LMG. Just find a corner and shoot.

Difficulties - 6/10 (You just have to AIM and get used to Sicario playstyle)

Perk - Anarchist
Primary - Izmah
Secondary - White Streak

Basically this build's main weapon is Izmah, but for killing Dozer i will switch to White Streak because i bring overkilled Aced. This perk has DMG and crowd killing power.
Shield will be a problem thats why i bring Incendiary Grenade.
Good ammo pickup.

Perk - Anarchist
Primary - Akimbo AK Gen 21
Secondary - Heather

This build is mainly focus on DPS and Crowd clearing power.
Ammo pickup might be a problem if you do not control the ammo usage.
I usually use Heather to clear normal units and switch to AK Gen 21 if things is out of control such as Dozers, cops rushing in ect.
Shield might be a problem.

Perk - KingPin
Primary - Rattlesnake/ R700
Secondary - CR805B

I usually play this build when i felt Dodge is betraying me.
This build is good at solving crowded cops issue and some special.
DMG is quite mediocore but dealing with dozer might be a problem even using the CR805B.
Ammo issue is not a problem for Sniper, but might be a problem for your CR805B thats why i brought an extra ammo bags.

Perk - Sicario
Primary - Akimbo CR805B
Secondary - Grims(Dragonsbreath)

For this perk, Secondary will be your main weapon because of crowdcontrol from the dragonsbreath.
DMG is enough and this build does not usually have ammo problem.
Primary for dealing with Dozers.
This perk is almost perfect accept for PRAY for Dodge RNG.
It is commonly state as a Lazy or Brainless build.
