pretty sure the sound is from insurgency, dunno tho

anyway, this just replaces the smg alt attack sound to a slightly smoother "thwoop" sound. its not really satisfying or realistic, but its a bit more pleasant to listen to

(fun fact: i literally downloaded this sound from roblox)
