No Influence Abandon Planet

Beskrivning
No Influence cost for resettling the last pop to abandon a planet. Energy/unity cost unchanged.

Note- Previously this mod also removed influence cost to resettle any pop but as of 3.4(Cepheus/Overlord) this was changed to Unity instead which is not removed by this mod.

Influence cost to 0 from 200

That's very unusual but I'll download that mod and check it out. Traits file shouldn't have anything to do with this mod.

The lithoid trait from stellaris evolved that adds 0.02 or so monthly pop assembly per pop is not applying this effect when this mod is loaded. I haven´t testet it with the organic and robotic versions of that trait.

Would be awesome if you could fix it, i love your mod otherwise and cant really find a working alternative

This mod is incompatible with some mods that add traits. The traits will not work.
