You need to win with each of these bets: Red, Black, Even and Odd. All of these are 50 % chance so these shouldn't be hard to get.

You need to win with 0 (1/37 chance). You also need to bet everythingin one go. We will combine these two achievements by betting $100 on the 0 again and again until you win – this will take some time.

When you win with 0, you will have $3,600. Now you bet everything on for example Red. If you lose, you have to try the 0 game again. If you win, you will have $7,200. Now bet $2,800 on Red. If you win, you are done. If you lose, you will still have a second chance with $4,400.

This strategy minimizes the amount of wins needed to get $10,000. If you were to bet everything on Red every time, you would need 7 wins in a row. Here, after the 0 win, you only need 2.
