the ESA H-38 class heavy cruiser was meant to be the MK.2 variant of the H-23 class cruiser, yet this ship ended being completely different from what it was modified from. the ESA H-38 class heavy cruiser has superior armor, looks, armament, mobility and systems...this ship counts with 6 drop pods and a tail hangar that can store only DO-900 type dropships, as for the crew it has slightly more than the H-23.
