Bold text and sometimes * means that the item is bought or sold at a factory instead of a construction yard.

I made this cause I kept forgetting prices of stuff after I had left the town.

This is not comprehensive but it covers prices enough to get a good understanding.

Was 90% finished when the plywood/sheetmetal update came out.

Iron and coal can be sold at the steel factory in Komo.

you can sell coal at the eastport in kolovy. the yellow square thing you sell them at is to the left of the entrance somewhere

The actual Oasis town is a few hundred feet from the lumber area, it is to the north on the West side of the north-south road thru there. I visited the place at night and there were maybe 4-5 shacks in a semi-circle a bit to the north of the actual pond. One of the houses had a drug dealer with a selection of maybe half a dozen different products...
