[ANS] - Anti net spam

This addon protects the server from net spam (for lagging the server using nets spam)
If one of the addons conflicts with these addons and kicks you for spam, then go here:
YouServer\garrysmod\data\♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.txt
there will be a net for which you are kicked and you will need to enter it in the anti net spam so that this net is ignored
