Starting Basics
You start the game in an empty room with a console. Activating the console displays a menu with six buttons:
  • First button: Displays a coded message. It's useless.
  • Second button: Short introduction and basic instructions.
  • Third and fourth buttons: I think these are for taking notes. I never used them outside of clicking them once to read them.
  • Fifth button: Level select. The main part of the game.
  • Sixth button: Completion progress.
  • Seventh button: The left column changes the room lighting, and right column displays a message.
Level Select Menu
  • S = Starting Room
  • M = Basic levels, each containing one memory puzzle.
  • T = Intermediate levels, each containing two or three memory puzzles.
  • W = Grid color puzzles.
  • E = Light puzzles.
  • D = Advanced levels, each containing many memory puzzles.
  • F = Opens the ending room.
  • R = Rest room, contains some additional text.
  • C = Ending code room, only used for the ending.

General playthrough order will be as follows:
  1. 7x M rooms (1M, 2M, 3M, 4M, 5M, 6M, 7M)
  2. 7x T rooms (3M, 3M1T, 4M1T, 5M2T, 6M2T, 6M3T, 7M4T)
  3. 3x W rooms (1W, 7M4T1W, 7M5T2W)
  4. 2x E rooms (3W, 4W)
  5. 1x W room (7M5T2W1E)
  6. 4x D rooms (4W1E, 4W1E, 4W1E, 4W1E)
  7. F room (unlock final message)
  8. C room (unlock ending)
Memory Puzzles (M, T, D Rooms)
Click the small blue cube to start the puzzle. The large cube will display one of four puzzle types:
  • Right or left pointing arrow:
This is the most basic memory puzzle. A sequence will play on the main structure and you are required to repeat it.
    • A right pointing arrow means to repeat the sequence as played.
    • A left pointing arrow means to repeat the squence in reverse.
There's a pause between the sequence finishing and when you can start inputting your sequence. Starting too soon will make the game not recognise your inputs and make you fail the puzzle. Unfortunately this really frustrating since it's easy to start too early.
  • Count (Lined or Random):
A random number of green squares will appear, you must count them and press buttons equal to the number of green squares.
    • In the left example, there are 12 green squares, so press the 4 and 8 buttons.
    • In the right example, there are 15 green squares, so press the 1 and 14 buttons.
You can press as many buttons as needed as long as you don't excced the number of green squares.
  • Symbol:
A symbol will appear, and the number corresponding to the symbol needs to be pressed.
    • The left example is the symbol for 4, so press the 4 button.
    • The right example is the symbol for 18, so press the the 18 button.
Which symbols correspond to which numbers and which buttons can be found below.
  • Fill Sequence:
The bottom row will fill with green squares and the music will change. You need to press every button on the main structure to turn them all green.
The later rooms (T and D) will have several puzzles in a single room. These must be completed consecutively without making a mistake in between for the room to count as completed.

Symbols and Numbers
This information is also available on the last page of the game manual.

Grid Puzzles (W Rooms)
On starting the puzzle, you are trapped in a square area. On one wall will be a pattern.
  • Copy the pattern on the other three walls.
  • Repeat the above step three times.
  • On the fourth cycle, mirror the pattern on the three walls.
This will solve the puzzle and allow you to escape.
Light Puzzles (E Rooms)
You must find the six light panels hidden on the other levels and input the correct pattern onto the panels in the room. Each room has three panels.
The hidden panels are found in the following rooms: 5M2T, 5M, 6M, 6M2T, 4W1E(2), 4W1E(4).

The left three go in 3W and the right three in 4W.
Final Message
After finishing all the puzzles, click the top room (4W1E2D) on the level select screen to open a new area in the starting room.

Click on the panel in the new room to view your completion progress. If you've completed all the puzzles, all the squares and the sphere light up completely.

If you've read all the panels and completed all the puzzles, your completion progress at this stage will be 79.181.

Another room will open at the opposite end of the starting area. Go through here and read the final panel to reach 80.08 completion.

Here's a list of stuff to read, in case you're missing something:
  • 6 buttons on the 4th menu in the main console
  • 7 panels - one in each M room
  • 4 panels - one in each W room
  • 2 panels - one in each E room
  • 1 panel - final room after completing all the puzzles
Ending
After getting 80.08 completion, travel to the ending code room (7M1W).

Press the following buttons: 1, 6, 7, 8, 10, 10, 12, 12.
Doesn't matter which ones specifically, just any combination of those eight buttons.

The numbers are Mayan numerals: a dot = 1 and a line = 5 (e.g. 3 dots + 1 line = 8).

This removes the black wall in the last area and you can board the spaceship for the ending.
50.05
This is an alternate puzzle that was added as free DLC.

Go to the panel at the end of the area and type the following words:
  • AWE
  • LIFE
  • WRITE
  • READ
  • UNDERSTANDING
  • PLAYING
  • CREATIVITY
  • QUESTION
  • LOVE
  • EMPATHY
  • THINKING
  • SOLVE

Input them with a space between each word. A correct word will reveal a star in the background. Do not use backspace if you make a mistake as that resets the puzzle, just add a space and retype the word.

There are also two achievements for the Puzzle "Create" section, but that's covered in the Achievements section below.
