Lost PS3 Costumes (Plus Towel Yuri)

Thanks to the efforts of Admiral Curtiss, the lost PS3 costumes have now been found...as well as one new costume for Yuri!

For Karol:
  • Sergeant Keroro - Terca Lumereis Invasion, commence! (Note: character may change drastically depending on the scene.)
For Estelle:
  • Locrian Sergeant - An outfit worn by those who with the ability to use the Seventh Fonon.
For Flynn:
  • Replica Swordsman - An outfit made to look like one who was hailed as a hero. Though some say he was also a brat.
For Yuri:
  • God General - They say he was kidnapped as a child and replaced with a clone. He's since made a legendary name for himself.
  • Bare Minimum Coverage - It's hard to imagine how you could fight wearing only a towel, but hey...no one can stop you!

These are installed as DLC items, so there's no overwriting old titles this time!
How to Install
  • Click THIS LINK[drive.google.com] and download VESPERIADLC.rar (Menu.svo is not necessary, but add it for some other costumes, like Estelles blue dress! See my other costume mod for details)
  • Navigate to your local files
    • Navigate to Tales of Vesperia in your library
    • Right click on the name in your Steam Library
    • Click "Properties"
    • In the window that pops up, click "Local Files"
    • Click "Browse"
  • Navigate to the Data64/DLC
  • Extract the contents of the RAR files into Data64/DLC
  • Start the game!
Known Issues
Because these costumes were not meant to be released, the devs decided that the easiest way to handle the items that unlock the titles was to rename them. This results in some oddities:

  • You will have TWO copies of "Yuri's/Estelle's/Karol's/Flynn's bonus title 01"
  • The "Yuri's Bonus Title" items will jump from 07 to 09.
  • Also, names and discriptions are only available in English.

These are completely harmless and will not affect usability of the costumes.

@snakebittheguardian It should NOT be doing that. Chances are you somehow deleted the existing dlc before adding the new ones.

BTW, by less I mean that when I look in my inventory I'm only seeing like several costumes for the MC. But before I had this mod installed I was seeing like several costumes for EVERY character. So, what I noticed is that it gave me a lot less than what I already had.

So, I just got the mod and it looks like I have a lot less than I had from the official Dlcs. Why would I want a mod that takes away stuff? I was hoping this would be additional to the Dlcs. If not, I think that I would rather stick with more than less.

They haven't but you can easily do it yourself by opening the "DLC Info" .dat files with a notepad and modifying the titles and descriptions manually.

@Make Yeah I actually made up all those names and descriptions since these ones were never officially released in English. Assuming those are all different than the red/brown haired variants, I can fix those when I have a chance. Thanks!
